  2. really easy to work. don’t try it for cookies…doesn’t work. pasta it’s great. easy to clean, opperate, attch. very straight forward design, simple but not cheap!

  3. I purchased this attachment and it work like a breeze. The only thing I have an issue with is the cleaning. The little brush they give you is not going to work for cleaning it. I made 2 batches of ravioli yesterday and spent about an hour with a hat pin picking out pieces of pasta dough. I curious as to whether th pieces could be softened with oil and then brushed out.. or maybe it should be brushed every couple of sheets made. I had the same issue with the hand crank machine I have.

  4. As someone who had never made homemade pasta before I found the information in the manual and the device very easy to use. Except for the fact that I needed to use a little more water than the egg noodle recipe called for everything went very well.

  5. I didn’t get to try this product due to the fact that is was either sent to my as a return from another customer or damaged in shipping. The outter box was not danaged but the inner box and booklet were damaged. The company as not work with me to fix this matter to my satafaction
